📦 Damages, Lost Packages & Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is marked as delivered but not received, or contains incorrect items, you must notify Twisted Twig Home within 2 days of delivery. This policy is strictly enforced—no exceptions.
For damaged items, please include clear photos of the affected product to help us assess and resolve the issue appropriately. Approved damage claims will be issued as store credit only. Refunds are not available for damaged items.
If your package is lost, a full store credit will be issued once the carrier has completed all search efforts and confirmed the loss.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns for refunds are not accepted unless the item is deemed defective by Twisted Twig Home.
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase due to scent preference, you may return the item at your own expense—provided it is unused and in original condition—for a full store credit.
🚫 Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not permitted. This policy applies without exception.
